Love Lovely Nails! I have been to many salons but lovely nails always gets the job done to perfection. Durable and long lasting nails that are great value! Highly recommend:) my favourite thing is each client is given their own nail file for cleanliness. You can tell a lot of time is put into maintaining a clean welcoming environment.

I just had to walk out mid session , they told me shellac is 5$ extra , and french is 5$+ in the beginning so that was fine, mid session she said if I wanted the natural colour with French it would be 5$ + or she can leave it as is with the base colour….what? Ur gonna charge me for French but leave me with the base on? She said if I just wanted to pay the 5+ for French and 5+ for shellac, she would just give me the base coat….what is the 5+ for French then? Very bad service. She was overfilling and my nails started bleeding! She kept filling and I kept bleeding more! I will not be going there again.

I used to be a regular customer, but my recent experience left me disappointed. Despite having an appointment, I waited from 6 pm to 8:30 pm because they forgot to book me. What made it worse was that while I sat there waiting, several staff members stood by and watched instead of helping or offering a solution. It felt unprofessional and dismissive, and after this experience, I won’t be returning.
