I booked in for a pedicure with shellac gel. My appointment probably lasted for 15 mins. So all the things we actually pay for a pedicure were legit missing. I can distinctively just rememebr the staff putting a hot stone and a hot towel to my feet, which I really don’t want. I want my nailbeds to be clean. What a horrible service. So disappointed. I had a future appointment for acrylics . Canceled for sure. Don’t waste your time and money.
Messed up my nails and lady was so nasty and rude. Overcharged. Muttering under her breath too.
I booked online to get my lashes done at 9.00am when they open, the lady was late opening the place and then told me that she can't do lashes! Waste of time don't go there.
