I wish I had looked at the reviews before deciding to come to this nail salon. This ended up being one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting my nails done.The nail tech was extremely rude when I simply asked to have my nails made shorter because I was uncomfortable with how long they were. She was visibly annoyed, so I asked if it was a problem — and she actually replied, “Yes, it’s a problem.”On top of the attitude, she was very rough with my hands the entire time. Did a really messy job with a shellac mani yesterday. I went back in today to get it fixed. Ended up getting a removal. This is how they left my nails. I should have asked for a refund for yesterday’s shellac because it was so botched. Bumpy, and painted messily. Cut my skin with the cuticle nippers. And got my skin with the efile multiple times. Painful experience. I won’t be going back.
I am disappointed that someone would accept and confirm my appointment when the salon is actually closed for business. Please do not waste peoples time by accepting appointments outside of your salons availability. If your salon is closed then state that on your website instead of creating poor experiences for potential customers. Looking at the reviews I think I dodged a bullet here anyways!
