I have had three months of nail trauma and decided to seek professional help. I had such a horrible experience at Star Nails that I immediately ran to this salon in tears for help. Sophie took pity on my massacred nails, worked me in, and set me on the road to recovery. She was so gentle, professional, and exactly what I needed. The whole store seemed to have good rapport with each employee and client. I, also, appreciate that they do not reuse files and buffers.
Jackie, Sophie, and Rick are the best. I have been a customer for years and recommend it. They rarely have available appointments for new customers.
