Never coming back here again after my experience yesterday. To preface this review, I was a long time customer of Lovely Nails before moving out of town. While visiting my mom, we decided to get our nails done and walked in around 3pm. The place was not very busy with only 3 other customers. I asked for an acrylic removal, gel manicure and pedicure. This place is absolutely fantastic. Vivi does my dip manicure and she is SO good! She is truly talented and I love how my nails look every time. Their pedicures are also fantastic. I definitely recommend calling ahead to make an appointment, especially for Friday’s or weekends. Everyone here is so great and they always make me feel so welcomed.

I was surprised to see that some of the nail files and buffers appeared to be reused. Even with disinfectant, I’m concerned about the hygiene of porous tools like those. I believe single-use tools should be standard for safety.
