Went in for a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was good but the manicure was rushed, nail polish was slapped on quick to the point 2 nails wouldn’t dry, I still have skin that needs to be pushed back and trimmed, the polish didn’t go to my skin on several nails, they told me all done and my nail wasn’t dry I ended up giving up and deciding to fix it myself at home. Booked in to have a set of acrylics done. Two fingers on my left hand begin to burn, I’m told would be having a reaction to one of the chemicals. Ok that’s fine I go and wash it off, am told will need remove the nails from the other hand and cannot do the acrylics now so decide to do some type of gel nails instead. It’s been about 12 hours now and both fingers are still hurting, would seem the skin was cut when the nails were clipped and it appears the tips of both fingers have been chemically burnt.
