Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of my money. I specifically asked to have my toenails painted and never requested a pedicure, yet I was given one anyway and then charged for it. There was a significant language barrier, making communication extremely difficult. I had to repeat myself several times, but my requests still weren’t understood. I've never had to leave a bad review before, Unfortunately this time I do need to, Got my nails done Thursday, had gel sculpture instead of usual acrylics, Tonight I lost 6 nails just by doing dishes and washing my hair. Paid $80 and they lasted 2 days.
Nothing special. Pushed for time and distracted by loading up customers. The staff swapped out and were painting and looking/talking in other directions One gel nail has come off already (toe) as base coat not taken to the edge of the nail. I had to moisturise my legs and feet from the pump bottle , at the counter on my way out
Went to another nail place when I visited mildura a few years back and was very disappointed with the service. I tried this place and the girls were so lovely and they did great work on my shellac pedicure. Totally recommend it
Got my nails done 6 days ago, already chipped. So disappointed. I was also surprised even tho I did builder gel, the cleaning of the nail wasn’t included, they didn’t want to clean the nail (cuticules & shaping) prior to working on it, for both my feet and hands. It’s like going to the hairdresser and having to pay extra for them to wash your hair before working on it 🙃
