Brought a friend and waited for 10min while they sat outside eating not paying anyone any attention, horrible experience. If you don’t want to work then close your business down.
My requests for length and shape were totally ignored. I had been growing my nails out for months, so I can have longer nails for my wedding. I mentioned this when I told her I wanted my length to be kept as long as possible. That was ignored. I said I wanted an almond shape nail, they were shaped to be short and squared at the end.
