My requests for length and shape were totally ignored. I had been growing my nails out for months, so I can have longer nails for my wedding. I mentioned this when I told her I wanted my length to be kept as long as possible. That was ignored. I said I wanted an almond shape nail, they were shaped to be short and squared at the end. If I could give 0 stars I would. have been coming to this place for years and ALWAYS was great service and exactly what I would ask for. I went this past week and the nail tech I had did not listen to a word I said on length, shape and just did what she wanted to do. I spoke up twice and she still did not listen to me, just went on and did what she wanted. I will not be returning
