My stylist Tami was pretty rude. I’ve never had a pedicure and she seemed to be pretty irritated at me not knowing what she was doing with my feet throughout her routine. They all spoke Vietnamese and didn’t speak English except to collect money and to find out what service you need. . I’ll never go back my big toe hurts and looks like it’s infected. I have been going to this nail salon for almost a year now, and I have never had a bad experience. All of the Technicians are great at what they do. Their prices are very reasonable. They are all very nice and patient. This is my nail spot now.
I had a disappointing experience with the nail technician I was assigned. I told them that I was there to soak off my buildable gel and then get a manicure. She seemed unsure of what to do and left me waiting. Once she started working on my nails I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing. Despite repeatedly telling her I could still see a lot of gel, she insisted she was done and wanted me to soak my nails to start the manicure process.
