I was there 3 hours +. Idk what was going on. I've never had a pedi for over an hour. My technician wasn't working on anyone but me. I was appreciative of his detail just way too long in that chair. A lot of disorder & yelling between Viv & other employees. Nails done took the rest of the time. French tip... worse I've seen. They were packed. This place absolutely needs a high ventilation system. The prices are unacceptable & ridiculous. No extras and the bare minimum provided. $215 for 2 pedis & 1 nail set.
