Went there while on vacation. The spa pedi was great. when i went a 2nd time they were busy i was told to come back in 20 min, when i returned in 20 min they told me to come back in ANOTHER 20 min. Seeing i am not from the area i left and went to Sun nails on elm st in old saybrook. They are amazing and i have went back 3 times and there is always someone available to help you. So sorry lovely nails was busy. but found an amazing place because of it!
