First off, the sign on their door reads "We encourage those to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status", not requiring a mask regardless of vaccination status. About 25 minutes into my wife and I getting our pedicures, they told us both to put on a mask and we reminded them of what their sign said on their door and it was like they didn't care what it said, they speak to each other in their native Vietnamese language and were probably discussing the fact that we didn't have masks.
