Okay so I used to go here in highschool and haven’t lived here in years. I came back to visit and went—- the rudeness and lack of work ethnic now is crazy .. you tell them exactly what you want, they don’t do it and still tried to upcharge you. Big , bulky and ugly and not even the same size on all nail and my toes don’t look any better, oh yea and I went 3 days ago and It’s already a nail broken. Never again

I have bn going to lovely nails since 2018 to present. I feel they do a gr8t job.
The staff here are very unprofessional. They talk about their customers, not knowing that some people are bilingual and multi-cultural. My friend, whom is half Vietnamese, overheard one of the nail techs speaking VERY badly about one of the customers in the shop. My friend then said something out loud in their language and that same tech looked like she saw a ghost. Probably was shocked that my friend understood what she said.
