I have bn going to lovely nails since 2018 to present. I feel they do a gr8t job.
The staff here are very unprofessional. They talk about their customers, not knowing that some people are bilingual and multi-cultural. My friend, whom is half Vietnamese, overheard one of the nail techs speaking VERY badly about one of the customers in the shop. My friend then said something out loud in their language and that same tech looked like she saw a ghost. Probably was shocked that my friend understood what she said. S/o to Layla for doing my nails for my gender reveal. She took her time & was very nice! They turned out better than the picture I showed her. I don’t go there often because I live out of town,but nxt time I’m there to get my nails done I’ll be booking my appointment w/ Layla
