Always a thrill and a treat coming in! My family loves EVERYTHING you've baked!!! We really wished that we would have got a couple of your churro cupcakes the other day....they are still in our thoughts lol! Not sure about any complaints I read, you guys are awesome! Our Anniversary cake that looked like a birch tree was amazing! Delish!!! �

My beautiful friend ordered me a gluten free pumpkin pie and it was the most amazingly delicious pie EVER!
The cake is always amazing, but not very customer oriented. Went to order a cake for my daughter's birthday with 10 days notice and they would not place my order. Their policy is 7 days, but they still would not consider it. Deeply dissatisfied.

Hi Theresa. We're sorry you are so deeply dissatisfied, our website does say that we require a MINIMUM of 7 days advanced notice but can sometimes book up even sooner. It's best to call us well in advance as we can book up even sooner. Please call us a few weeks before the party to ensure we are able to work together! We're sorry we missed you this time but look forward to working with you in the future.
I've only been once. Excited they have vegan cupcakes. It was delicious. Customer service wasn't so great. I felt like I was an inconvenience. Hopefully she was just having an off day.
