I've been here several times over the years and never had any mix ups. I requested a regular manicure but the technician proceeded to give me a gel manicure. Staff needs to make sure they understand the customer's request.

I went in for a gel pedicure with a design. My nail technician Kayla was very kind, attentive and talented. The attention to details on the design I chose, was a 5/5. Not to Mention my cuticles were taken care of, my nails were trimmed, my feet were scrub and rubbed. Nothing was rushed. Kayla took her time. And no other services were pushed. I will definitely go back.

Dirty. Very unclean and unsanitary. The “technicians” are unresponsive, unwelcoming, and untalented. Most of them seem depressed and unhappy to be doing their jobs. My FOURTH and last time spending money in this “business”… you would think that in the economy service providers would do the bare minimum and pretend to enjoy their craft but the women here cant even do that. What a shame but that is what you get when you go to Wheaton mall 🤣
