I never leave reviews but I have to say I had a bad experience here! I felt like the woman working there was very annoyed the entire session. She was annoyed when I didn’t like a dress - the whole point of the appointment is to try things on? She seemed annoyed to pull more options. She also spent the first twenty minutes of the appointment I had to pay for just in the back doing something while we waited. Be aware about the cancellation policy, there's limited flexibility and they are not accommodating towards brides. Their 48-hour window is too restrictive. If you have unforeseen circumstances arise after booking your appointment, you won't get a refund. If you need to cancel due to an emergency (like me) or changes in plans, Lovely Bride Atl will make you feel frustrated. They are only business-centered and not customer-centered. I'm disappointed. Anslee is a STAR! Lovely Bride has an amazing selection of gowns, including really unique pieces. It's also a beautiful shop! About a week before my appointment, Anslee called me and talked through my style ideas and got details about my personality and relationship - which I really appreciated. I had the most wonderful experience at Lovely Bride thanks to my incredible bridal consultant, Anslee. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for in a wedding dress. Allie was friendly and respectful of my requests. I suggest looking through the entire website's inventory before you go so that you save yourself time and are prepared with an idea of what you like. Love the champagne toast when you say "yes" to a dress! However, I was turned off by the request to leave an additional $500+ tip on a dress that I already spent almost $6k on.
