Toi was absolutely amazing! warm, genuine, and asked all the right questions to get to know my bestie (the bride 🥹). She was patient, fun, and gave amazing dress options while letting my best friend fully express herself. I was in a bridesmaid robe over my dress and Toi thought it was cute . The dresses? Gorgeous. The champagne? Was champagne-ing lol. Needed it too so I could feel less embarrassed to ugly cry seeing my best friend on this journey of hers. 10/10 experience!
I had an amazing experience at Lovely Bride! Not only were their selections amazing across a variety of price ranges, but the team — particularly Toi — were patient, kind, encouraging and kept it FUN! Would highly recommend.
Lovely Bride offers the MOST personalized bridal wedding dressing shopping experience imaginable!! I was so anxious leading up to my appointment and my stylist, Ayanna, was INCREDIBLE!!! What a complete waste of time and fees for an appointment. My “stylist” didn’t even introduce herself to my group and put us in a back room while the store was empty and left us there for 20 mins before coming back. She asked me what I tried on at other places and liked and brought back two completely opposite dresses which I thought was because she wanted me to try something different. Toi was nothing short of amazing! She helped me decide on my wedding day veil and was super patient with me as I took videos and pictures. She’s bubbly, friendly, and informative.
