WOW!!! What a great place!! Walked into a room full of beautiful women all working on their lovely bodies of all shapes and sizes! Everybody is comfortably welcoming! The owner and trainers are very nice and knowledgable! Nice and clean! Everything you need to stay in shape or get into shape in a safe and private atmosphere! They care WHY you are there! And a smoothie bar right next door!!
After 3 year of spending money on trainers , Kory as the only trainer that pushed me to loose 30 pounds . While his methods are not for everybody they will help you get stronger mentally and physically. Most don't survive, but the ones that do it's like a family .
Went for my birthday had a blast and food amazing sorry no pics next time I’ll be back DMV. Have to go for yourself I am going back Women Beyond Fitness DMV on all social media platforms. I am a Distributor product of the product
