I would give zero stars if there were zero this person is very unprofessional. We spoke yesterday and she gave me an appointment but there’s no one here is not even open. I don’t understand this Locs by love and there’s no one here in the process wasn’t even an appointment I had to come for a consultation and still pay for this consultation and there’s no one here at all, I called the number and it was sent to voicemail. This place appears to be tacky.
