Travelling around Australia for the last 12 months on the roughest roads, we had an issue with a coil that was out of warranty, we called and spoke with David, he went above and beyond to source parts and paid for the repairs. I can not ask anything else from Lovells and their customer service. Highly recommend the products, and the after sales service has been second to none.
Awesome team! I dropped into the Campbeltown workshop today, unannounced, due to having a weird noise coming from what I suspected to be my suspension that's almost 12 months old.... The team there were super helpful, immediately providing me their full attention. One of the techs jumped in, we went for a quick drive, did some diagnostics and worked out it wasn't the actually suspension but something to do with the canopy. The Lovell's GVM upgrade is worth every cent and I recommend to anyone who's thinking of towing a 3.5t caravan. For easier national compliance, i highly recommend to have everything installed before rego. Great product
300 Series Landcruiser. on our second one now and did the lovells GVM upgrade on the new one. Even with constant load in the back of the car the ride is very rough. I would look at other options. Comfort is now terrible.
