My first time at the salon I was greeted with such kindness and patience when it came down to my design. I was being picky and kept changing what I wanted but Paige (who was the person that did my nails) never made me feel like I was being a bother. I even wanted 3D art which didn't increase the initial price at all. Great music, great decor, and amazing nail art.

Fast but efficient. Our nails came out amazing along with the designs we wanted. Prices have definitely gone up to get your nails done but understandable.

I went to Lovella for the first time with high hopes based off their work shown on social media, and I wished I never went. Due to their policy, I had to do a soak off with a new full set- which I was fine with. However, if you’re starting with a blank canvas, my nails shouldn’t have ended up different lengths and shape, taken 3 hours, or lifting 2 days later. The fact that I was also sent home with a nail file should prove the work was not it.
