Me and my wife decided to go with Lovella for our wedding. The collection was beautiful! The arrangements were lovely and it very much fit the theme of our wedding. Could not have asked for better.

I messaged Lovella on Instagram and sent them an email requesting a specific arrangement to help celebrate a special day for me. There Instagram states they typically reply in a hour and their website states to please reach out to them befor placing an order….. I had my procedure 2 days ago and I messaged them 5 days ago now and have still not heard back on either platform…. There lack of communication just lost a customer.
My boyfriend bought me flowers for my birthday, I checked the water level In the sponges, the flowers started looking dead after one day, by day 2 they had all wilted, by day 3 they were all dead/ floppy/ dried out. Beyond disappointing especially given the price. They said they would replace a few stems but they are supposed to look like that?? For context he bought me flowers from save-on three weeks ago and they still look good. Don’t shop here. Waste of money.
