Extremely poor management with poor or no communication; misspelled my name the whole time I lived there despite me correcting them; chewed me out for not sending in paperwork that I had already sent them; never responded to a maintenance request I sent about a leaking window during the polar vortex... I could go on. Things were stolen out of my basement storage as well.

Below a 1 star rating. Avoid living here. They do not maintain the grounds or the building itself. The stairs and walkways are not always plowed in the winter. The inside of the building is filthy. Management is hard to get a hold of when needed and when you do they are not helpful; can also be rude at times. Maintenance is horrible and leave your door unlocked when they are done amongst other things. They are overpriced. They do not return your security deposit. Security deposit not returned.
