I was recommended Lovell Hand for a problem with my wrist. When I went, all they did was ask the same questions my regular physician asked and then tell me they don’t know what is wrong with my wrist. They then referred me to a hand therapist. Well it turns out the hand therapist can’t do much to help when the place that refers you doesn’t tell them anything about the problem. I visited yesterday and was grouchy and in pain and when I left I was hopeful and when you live in chronic pain, hope is a wonderful rediscovery. This office is gorgeous and every single team member was just amazing. Very welcoming, kind, caring, patient, great listeners, compassionate, friendly, humorous, and this perfect combination of warmth and aesthetics made me feel better just by being there. xo
These people are amazing I showed up a little early and had developed a migraine on the way there they got me through quickly and explained everything clearly so I could get home and deal with the migraine . I would definitely consider them if you need help.
Dr Randy Lovell & all of his staff have been wonderful. Dr Lovell’s compassion & expertise and the compassion & personal attention his staff have given me throughout the surgical experience have been outstanding. Thank you all for all you’re doing for me. Update 3 months later: I have had excellent results from my surgeries & am very glad Dr Lovell and his team were the ones who did everything for me. They continue to support me through my challenges.
