The people who work there are helpful, friendly and take the time to answer your questions. Dr. Lovell is an awesome dr. who cares (unlike many dr’s) and does an excellent job in his field. I am thankful I was referred to them for my thumb surgery. I will refer all of my friends and family to their facility.
The office is magnificent and the staff absolutely the best. From front desk to Andrew to Michelle, every person was kind, welcoming us with genuine concern and compassion.
My PCP’s referral resulted in an appointment within days. Once I arrived, I was quickly processed, x-rayed and seen. The 3 treatment options for my very painful osteoarthritis in both thumbs was explained clearly. My questions were answered thoroughly and completely. When I chose to have cortisone injections, they were done quickly and efficiently. I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Lovell Hand.
