I have been receiving services from Lovell for nearly 5 years at the time of this review for good reasons. My counselor not only provides fresh insight into life’s challenges, but he also seeks to truly understand complex situations and validate unique emotions. The latter part is something I was unable to receive with any other counseling service up to that point. Not Very Friendly and kind of snotty
Very informal session, no guidance or prompts. Sat at her desk with her head resting in her hands, looked bored. Didn’t even say my time was up, just started to get up and stood by the door until I got the hint.
Unprofessional and disgusting people.
