Jon and team got our 2002 Lexus rx300 transmission and computer repaired/replaced. Jon did his due diligence sourcing the correct parts for this older vehicle. Peace of mind knowing it is done right. We just took it in for the 500 mile checkup. All good. I definitely recommend Loveland's!
I can't say enough about Loveland's. They really did me right. They got me in last minute for diagnostics and ended up swapping out my transmition for a remanufactured one with a super great warranty. They also include a 500 mile check up at no charge. And the price was quite a bit lower than I expected and it was even lower than they told me they expected it to be. I really appreciate that integrity and I'll definitely use them again if I need to. While on a cross country road trip, my transmission started acting funny. I stopped at another transmission shop, and they recommend that I go to Loveland’s A-OK transmission. I walked inside and met John, and told him my situation. They pulled my car in right away and found the issue. Very honest and reputable shop would bring them any in all business I could! Not many people will take time to look at an issue and not charge an arm and a leg thank you!
Broke down in Springfield coming from Texas, called a bunch of transmission shops and John was the only one willing to look at it right away. 2 days later transmission had been rebuilt and back on Power Tour
