Been fine for me
Has one VBA rep who is capable of telling you to call someone else, just like all other present departments. Is full of employees who don’t understand, or can’t use and utilize own computer systems for appointment scheduling. Flippant with PII in regards to client protection. Thank you for your service.
Horrible employees who don't listen to patients and allow people to play super loud videos on their phones while others are trying to hear announcements, then call Loveland PD (wasting their time) to tell an old man to turn the volume down on his phone. It's such a ridiculous use of police time and a terrible way to treat your veterans. I'm so glad we don't have to deal with these yokels anymore, but I feel bad for every Vet that needs to use this clinic. Do Better.
Great experience at the podiatrist. Fairly quick appointment access. Once at the appointment, doctor and staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Listened carefully and provided detailed information about my issue, then provided necessary care and inserts to ensure my foot healed properly and quickly.
