Excellent staff. Very professional
This was by far the worst surgical experience I have ever had. The nurse placing the sensors on my chest did not treat me with dignity and I felt uncomfortable. The anesthesiologist made an inappropriate comment when I advocated for myself to the nurse. He then proceeded to apparently butcher my intubation because I woke up with my throat and mouth hurting 5× worse than the actual surgical site. 2 months after surgery. I paid everything they asked for my surgery. Today they tried to pulll1500 from my credit card. I don't why, no notice. I Called then and was hung upnon because I was angry that they pulled.this I had eye surgery and couldn't see. They must of had me sign something shady that I couldn't see. I am coming from 4 separate experiences both as a patient and the parent of a patient. The communication is poor and the staff is constantly pressuring to hurry you through. My surgeries included a second procedure the same day. I had excessive bleeding and the nurse kept telling me how normal it was. I insisted on seeing the doctor and he had to put me back under to stop the bleeding. My insistence saved me an ER visit. My son had ear tubes inserted the week before.
