My hand surgery was perfect and Amy was the best nurse ever.
From the moment I entered, the receptionist was beyond friendly, the nurses in OR amazing, Dr Nash the best, recovery nurses, again superb. Everyone set me at peace. Beyond blessed by everyone.
The nurses and staff at Loveland Surgery were amazing. They were kind and helpful and understood the hospital trauma that my daughter had experienced and helped her through it. The surgeon we saw, however, I would highly NOT recommend. Dr. Mason of Alpine ENT scared my daughter prior to surgery by expressing his distaste of her choosing to not take narcotics for pain management. I have no issue with the center as the care is very good. I am writing this to let everyone know that you cannot trust them when they tell you that the co-payment you make, which they literally promised me, would cover ALL charges and you will not be billed another dime is a complete lie. Within weeks after my surgery, I received a bill from the center wanting an additional "adjusted amount" When I called to clear this up, of course they denied saying anything about my co-payment the day of being the FULL amount.
