Overpriced damp station $25.00 per dump is way overpriced !!!
My family and I stayed here for a couple of weeks and have no complaints. All of the ladies in the office are helpful, kind and attentive. There is an older gentleman that works there, he is very kind and always lets my kids pet his dog (Precious). All of the other residents there are super friendly and it was very clean. RV PARK with mature trees and lots of pull thur spots. Nice staff. Escorts into spots. Propane on site. Walking distance to lots of shopping and places to eat. 5 min walk to half dozen places to eat. Great bike trails around Loveland. 21 mile loop around the town
The resort is well maintained. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
