Terrible company, with the slowdown in the housing market, my experience is this company produced an inspection and subsequent quote to get business, shameful. I do not recommend them, only person to speak with is a receptionist, they buffer speaking to their management, I will stay far clear from them. UPDATE to your responses, email sent with specifics.....shame, disgraceful and unprofessional, will never do business with Loveland again.
Overall great experience working with Loveland Roofing. Crew completing the work were great to deal with, courteous, personable and efficient. As were all the Loveland staff we communicated with.
Straighten slid tiles, fixed small crakes, cleaned the valleys, and cleaned up down on the ground.
Loveland was great. Came out quickly and fixed my leaking roof and added protection to areas as well as fixed somw dry rot from missing roof tile.
I hired Loveland Roofing based on my neighbor’s recommendation, and I’m glad I did. They weren’t the cheapest, but their quality and excellent communication made them the best choice. They explained what needed immediate attention and what could wait, breaking the work into phases so I could manage the cost on my fixed income.
