I had a few quotes to fix a roof leak and some preventative maintenance. Loveland offered a reasonable price, good customer service, and a quote that was understandable.

I honestly found communicating with Loveland roofing a little Difficult. The software Loveland uses was a a little difficult to use on my iPhone. I asked the project manager to do a walk through of the project after it was done, I received no reply. I had to go on the roof to inspect the work myself. Loveland did come back a 2nd time to repair a couple tiles as I asked. I received daily emails the day after project was finished. I had to ask for the final invoice.
