10/10. Dr Gomez has been absolutely fantastic. I have been going to Loveland modern dentistry for 8 years now, and the only reason I continue to go back is because of him and his staff. They understand that I am extremely scared of the dentist and anxious. He is the only dentist I have felt comfortable around. The environment he creates around his patients is wonderful. Three visits in 18 months, I saw a different dentist, dental hygienist, and dental tech each time, which was a huge red flag. Most recently, it felt like they were pushing the upsell too hard and trying to guilt me into multiple treatments not covered by my insurance. That was after I sat in the chair for over an hour.
I am so very pleased with my experience with Loveland Modern Dentistry. The front office was so very helpful in securing all my past records, and my visit was exceptional. I felt heard and was very comfortable with both Amanda, my hygienist, and Dr. Gomez. The warm and caring feelings I felt throughout the office was amazing!
Loved this dentist until they randomly canceled my oral surgery 3 days before. I had notified all clients and taken time off from work and while it wasn't the schedulers fault, I didn't feel supported in trying to scramble to figure out next steps. Now I can't get the procedure for 2 months and have to pay for repeat consultations at another dental office for the surgery. Highly disappointing experience. Update: it's happened again!
