They had our car for two weeks because the thermometer in the engine wasn't working, I had taken it to AutoZone to get the codes read and knew what it was immediately, they took almost the entire 2 weeks just to diagnose the problem. These guys are great! They picked up my car from my apartment, then Joshua called me throughout the whole process to let me know what was going on and if my repairs would be covered by the recall warranty, and had it all completed by that same afternoon. 100% best customer service! 🤗
Joshua Anderson is the worst at customer service. My car is still 2 months and 50,000 miles covered under warranty but they refuse to do their job! And then he blames me for not bringing it in in June when they had the car in April and did NOT do their job and do the required repairs. Now I have to pay for the repairs. Then he yells at me and makes me leave the building while I wait for my car. He yelled at me demanding I pay a $250 charge I was never told about since I brought it in for a warranty issue.
