Joshua Anderson is the worst at customer service. My car is still 2 months and 50,000 miles covered under warranty but they refuse to do their job! And then he blames me for not bringing it in in June when they had the car in April and did NOT do their job and do the required repairs. Now I have to pay for the repairs. Then he yells at me and makes me leave the building while I wait for my car. He yelled at me demanding I pay a $250 charge I was never told about since I brought it in for a warranty issue. I left my F-150 PowerBoost because the check engine light would come on while towing and it also had a 4x4 issue plus a strange noise when starting, all with only 47k miles and still under warranty. First, they told me they couldn’t reproduce the issue, even though they saw it in the truck’s computer and admitted it to me. When I went to pick it up, I found out they hadn’t even checked the other problem.
