Called the office and got an appointment that same day. The front office ladies were very polite, kind, and helpful. The medical assistant was sweet and kind as well. Dr. Parks was amazing! He spent time explaining his findings and a treatment plan. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or stressed, which is a very rare occurrence.
