I have been a patient here for over 6 years or more. I was a patient of the previous dentist before Loveland took over his practice. Dr Parks is so good! He is professional and caring. A hard set of qualities to have in the dentist profession. He has been very accommodating to my pain and nerve sensitivity during crown and cavity appointments. And been top notch in working with me to make my appointments flow more smoothly. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a new dentist.
Everyone is very friendly & helpful. I never have to sit in the waiting for more than a few minutes. Scheduling is easy and they always address any questions or concerns I may have. I would definitely recommend this practice. However, today on my visit, one of the receptionists handed me an iPad type device and told me I needed to sign it and then went back to doing whatever it was she was doing before I arrived. Dr. Willis attended to my dental needs. He was polite and honest.
For years, it was hard to find a dentist to fix my chipped tooth from childhood, so I thought it would be impossible. However, I went to Loveland Dental Group in 2023, and Dr. Parks fixed my chipped tooth. It's close to three years later, and it still looks good as new. Thank you Dr. Parks. I'm forever grateful.
