Loveland by Broadmoor is the perfect apartment complex. It’s small enough that they’ll know your name, but big enough that you don’t feel on top of your neighbors. The location is central to everything in Omaha. You’re right by dodge, and a stone’s throw from the interstate. But the best part of Loveland has to be the office and maintenance staff. We’ve loved living here the past 2 years. Brenda and the rest of the leasing staff have been wonderful since moving in and have great communication with us. Jason and maintenance have been great and always prompt! The location is fantastic and right next to everything you could need. The grounds are always well kept and the only dog friendly complex I’ve lived in that you can’t tell dogs are there (dogs are almost always picked up after!).
