I had been going to Doc Mallory for 5-ish years with ups and downs of interaction with the doc and his staff over the whole time. I just learned to deal with it over the years... I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this clinic that wasted an entire day of my time and money. I was charged $25 to have a prescription refill sent to my pharmacy and was explicitly told that it would be ready for pickup the next day. I drove an hour and a half to the pharmacy, only to be told they never received a refill prescription at all. The clinic is on a steady downward slide. I don’t know if it’s the high turnover rate or what, but I’m fed up. Arrive for scheduled appointment and it’s not the time I was given. Wait for a phone call for 40 min and no call. I call them and was told she is running behind. 5 min later I’m told she supposedly called 3 times and went straight to voicemail but didn’t leave a message?
