My wife got $220 stolen before her pre-op for surgery in her room.. After her surgery she was very overwhelmed by the whole situation. There was only one nurse in her room before security came to take her belongings. She went to give her urine sample in the bathroom and when the security asked her to note her valuables in her purse before they took it. Worst pre op ever... I was told to leave myback as I did a urine sample I think didn't anything would happend but sure enought 200.00 was stolen out of my backpack.... This will not be done with until some steps forward I have a clue of who it is the boy ... I say boy because grown men dont play games like he does he still has a lot of learning to do... Slipped and fell and injured my ankle and wrists. Triage was good, then the person that called my name got visibly irritated that she had to get a wheelchair for me. Once I was wheeled back my vitals were taken. A cold unfriendly crew came and took an X-ray. Then sat and hour and a half without a single person speak to me. Never once did they ask what happened, assessed me or even look at my ankle. I sat there in pain until I had to call out into the hall to ask if I should go somewhere else to be evaluated. Got an epidural when my son was born. The Doc didnt tell me he was going to stick me with the needle (no warning) so I flinched. He yelled at me and cursed at me for flinching. I told him it would've been nice to have known when the needle was going to poke, he said it is against the law to do that.
RecommendedI had the best care from the wonderful doctors, nurses and PAs while I was pregnant. I came from a rural area to deliver at this hospital and it was amazing. My only complaint was the lactation consultant I was assigned was rude and actually messed up my baby's latch. Other than that, my experience was amazing and I will continue to deliver at Lovelace women's hospital.
I will NEVER use this hospital again. 3.5 hours in the waiting room for a 9 year old with active bleeding. The front office staff is completely rude and dismissive. I've never been treated so poorly by an ER in my life.
Worst hospital in Albuquerque. Doctors and mid wives are incompetent and staff is just waiting to get their paycheck and go home. Sad place to have a baby. This hospital is a business and not a place to get care. Expect to be highly disappointed.
