I’ve had an appointment for weeks. When I showed up the door to the office was unlocked, the lights were out, and the place was deserted… just a note saying they weren’t open today. I need the scans 🤷♂️ No call? No effort to reschedule?
No one showed up for my appointment. Waited an hour. No one here to even check in.
94 year old woman collapsed lung ER lied to us sending us home telling us LL downtown ER would be expecting us on Monday morning all coordination was done we were told .get to DT ER told WS did not coordinate anything .1:00 pm still trying to find someone to help her sent to Dr. Snyder at Transportation location he made referral to xray at same location walk down the hall to Radiology there were told no tech available told to go to Journal Center. Lovelace is the worst !
They got one star because I couldn't give them 0 If you get there and there's a long line or it takes them too long to check you in and you end up past your appointment time they will refuse to see you The people who check you in have bad attitudes if you try to complain they tell you don't take it out on me SAVE THE HASSLE DO NOT GO HERE
