I’m very disappointed with our experience at this urgent care. We arrived around 5:30 PM for our appointment/check-in and waited for approximately an hour without being given any information about how much longer the wait might be. Around 6:30 PM, I approached the front desk and politely asked Mari if she had any idea how much longer the wait would be since we had already been there for about an hour.
