The know it all estimater wouldn't even go in the attic to verify what type wood was under the existing shingles. Half of the home is in boards (excellent condition with no gaps or splinters) and the addition (1/3 of the home) is plywood. He said the mfg. would warrent the job but Lovelace Roofing wouldn't unless I let them cover the whole house in plywood. The estimater even said they wouldn't be able to get all the nails up out of the yard. They got one star for showing up.
