Jarvis makes this clinic completely unusable. Laura (Rude) and Jarvis (Jarvis did tests and Laura said she would not do any tests) MA knows more than Jarvis. MA was good explained the tests. Jarvis was pre op and did no exam and was unable to accept previous medical history. I stopped short of asking her to pull radiology imaging to prove. Went elsewhere and didn’t need promoted surgery thay Laura and Jarvis were pressuring. The doctor should have something competent and trustworthy not Jarvis. I scheduled an appt here on 3/7/25 for 7/28/25. On 7/14/25, I received a voicemail indicating my appt was cancelled because “the provider will be out of the office.” I called back to be offered an appt in November 2025 and no alternatives. After waiting nearly 5 months for an appt based on a referral from my PCP, being offered an appt four months further down the road is insulting. Posted a recent review about the experience during my visit. To be contacted by the office manager who seemed to be annoyed that she had to follow up with me about my concerns. She asked me about my visit and I explained the details of my visits. She would respond confrontational and questioned everything I said. Then she wanted to give her medical opinion, which she had no credential in the medical field. By law she cannot give any medical advice or opinion if she does not hold a medical license.
