Excellent patient visit with Lovelace Medical Group-Urology. Dr. Aaron Geswaldo and medical staff/team were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, concerned, and caring. Marta was my check-in/out person, She was thorough and friendly while completing the check-in/out process. Monica was Dr. Geswaldo’s assistant. She was very helpful (retaking a vital to “make sure”), and very friendly (she had me smiling and laughing) while taking my vitals. Dr. Aaron Geswaldo was fabulous! Kimberly I agree with you too. no summary of either kind on mine either. It disappeared and the instructions both parts. Cindy I agree with you on the manager. The financial manager is not patient centered. She said that no tests would be done yet there were tests in office and one out of it. I am not clear that the manager knew what surgery or what diagnosis I had, but she had confidence in her chatter which was aggressive. I don’t trust the judgement of this mismanaged clinic. They need to get this horrible clinic manager and Jarvis out and then there would be a greater chance of competence. Reminder you are dealing with medical for human beings. Jarvis did the hard sell on this surgery but she didn’t know basic information about it. Perhaps they can make a hard out and Jarvis could do some studying to get up to speed. The MD Dr G should know what is going on with Jarvis and I question his judgement.
