Do NOT buy Lovelace Health Insurance. They are completely incompetent and for every five times I called to resolve and issue that was their fault I talked to one kind of helpful person. Lovelace insurance and Lovelace hospital are completely disconnected and have no idea what the other one is doing making you, the customer, call a million different numbers and always being transferred to someone who still cannot help. Getting insurance with Lovelace was a HUGE MISTAKE.
