Tired of all the lies and bulshit they put you through. Can't wait to get out of here they have no care or respect for their patients all you are is just a number here to even get help they take forever hit the call button literally takes over an hour for a nurse to come in to see what's wrong. They force you to stay here just for they can get paid more money without letting you know what's actually going on and want you to do all these tests for nothing not a very happy person

I can't say how much I absolutely love this program. From Dr. Vuong and Dr. Walker to all the ladies up front. Everyone there has gone above and beyond to be helpful and walk me through the process every step of the way. Every time I have had questions about billing or anything else, I was answered promptly and had my issues handled. This isn't your everyday Bariatrics Program. To anyone that is considering going to their program be prepared they are not organized, I started their program of October of last year o. The first visit they charged me with the $30 dollars of co pay for the first visit about a month later I got a bill for about $150 from the a nurse practitioner that literally just asked me the exact same stuff as the tech did and told me that I forgot to sign one paper her bill continue with the program thinking maybe I will see her agai...Continue Reading
I was told by today the nurse I wasn't able to go in the back with my husband, even though everyone else that had someone with them was able to go back with the patients.
Dr. Duc Vuong saved my life! This program is not just a weight loss surgery program; it's a nutritional and mindset education program. It is truly set up to maximize patient success before and after surgery. The staff is top notch and Dr. Vuong is nothing short of amazing! ❤
I would go back to Lovelace Westside again. Dr V and his staff are amazing. I felt the education that I received had helped me to succeed in my journey.
