Horrible nurses they rush everything they’re dirty and only care about money , Doctors are never available! Get ready for lots of ugly faces towards you and your kids from the nurses they seem to hate everything there . I went to use their restroom and their was poop on the sink !

We loved Lovejoy Pediatrics! Michael was great! However, since Children's Health bought them out, we have been extremely dissatisfied. The office staff is so rude (even more so than when it was Lovejoy Pediatrics). Today, I received a phone call to schedule wellness exams for two of my three children. When asked to schedule my third child for the same day, the lady told me that was impossible that they can only schedule two. We loved the convenient location and caring doctors of this place, however everything has changed since they have been taken over by Children's Health. This summer I took my two kids to get the sport physical forms signed by our PCP before the school sports season begins. I was surprised to receive a bill over $200 in October from Children's Health just for the PCP to sign the sports physical forms, even though our insurance has $0 copay for pediatrician visit. We have 3 daughters and have been patients at this clinic since 2013 and had always been so happy, but since they have been taken over by Children's Medical everything has changed. Our middle daughter has special needs and was seen by Dr Lanman, once Dr Lanman left they told us they would no longer see her. We had no warning or idea this was coming. Left frantically trying to find a new primary care physician. It's not about the patients anymore. I do have to say that we love the NP Micheal Dehart. He has always been so kind... read more
