i called to order oxygen supplies and was told they were currently out of oxygen, i told the "person" i spoke with that i needed a 24 hour notice as to when it would be delivered as i am disabled and my boyfriend would have to bring the empty tanks out of the room where we store them before he goes to work, the delivery driver called me the next morning saying he was on his way, well the tanks hadnt been brought out of the room as i didnt receive the 24 hour notice, so i couldnt get my oxygen, also told them when they did de... read more
Will deliver oxygen one time every 3 months, this is not convenient for the customers.
TERRIBLE customer service. Unfriendly employees. Will not deliver oxygen but every 90 days. Would never use them again.
