Friendly Staff!
Well started out promising but I don’t think they know how to handle concerns and issues. I asked to switch providers for my next visit to Joy because with the other provider I have felt dismissed about the reactions I am getting every time (we are talking severe bruising and pain for weeks after insertion) well I called today (this morning) because I am 5 weeks out from insertion and have swelling, some pain and you can feel the pellet at the site (hard as a rock). If you think by having a blood panel done by your Primary Physician is enough to see if your hormones are balanced, more than likely, it is not. Hormone Therapy is a Specialty and those at Lovejoy Clinic know their stuff! They know how to dial it in and get you to feeling like yourself…again!
