Bryan was fantastic to work with and I give Lovejoy Carpet Care my highest recommendation! I dropped off my area rugs so that I could see the facility. I was relieved that they use separate vats for each rug, and it's really impressive how clean my rugs are now. Bryan delivered the rugs today and set them up for me with their new pads, which I also recommend. I won't hesitate to use Lovejoy the next time I need carpet cleaning!
Paul and his team did a fantastic job. They are awesome to work with and strive to go above and beyond! I've used several cleaners in the past and they are by far the best.
Wasn’t fully satisfied from the job when finished. Bryan responded immediately and was back to redo completely. Looks amazing.
