from sweet to senile... When I first went to lovees bridal the owner was very sweet and nice to me and my friends but once i bought the dress everything changed. She was completly rude ans suddenly forgot my name.... when I would show up for fitting appointments she woulds first act like she didnt know me and make me feel extremely uncomforatlable and then say I was either an hour early and then the next time she tried saying i was an hour late! Wonderful Experience at Lovee's Bridal This was such a great experience; the owner Lovee is a wonderful person that really cares about her clients, and goes above and beyond to find them the perfect dress. I tried on four wedding dresses and she took 25 pictures of me in them from all angles. This is really helpful and great! She emailed those pictures to me that evening and I was able to narrow the dresses down! I still am between two, all the gowns are so beautiful it is hard to pick. I will bring my brides maids back here... read more
Amazing! Overall amazing! Beautiful Gowns,GREAT PRICES! The customer service exceeded my expectations! It was a one stop shop.I bought my BEAUTIFUL GOWN, earrings,hair clips,and bracelet for a Ball I was attending! I Will shop there again,and gladly refer friends and family! A++
