I was referred to Dr. Bouri from my Dr who is retiring at the end of the year. She's very caring and thorough with her appointment time with me. She answered all my questions that I had. I really like her!!
Was super excited to meet Dr. Bouri and to join her care. Scheduled my first appt today to complete my annual physical. I waited for over 1.5 hours without any update as 6 other patients went in before me (They even checked in after me…). Please note, Dr. Bouri has great reviews for patient care but the review before mine calls out my same exact issue with wait time. I took the day off, fasted, and was provided no update when I asked the front desk for an update. Was let down but will try another Duly provider
I had an appointment today with Dr. Bouri and came in during my lunch break, expecting to be seen on time. I waited for an hour before asking the receptionist how much longer it would be. I was told it could be another hour to an hour and a half. If this had been the first time, I might have been more understanding-but unfortunately it happens all the time.
