I had appointment for my annual checkup(preventive care) with Dr Laveena back in Nov 2025. As it was my first visit with Dr. Laveena, she asked about my medical history and ordered routine blood work. During the appointment, I repeatedly stated that this was a preventive care visit and that I did not have any medical concerns or issues to discuss. At no point did I request evaluation or treatment for any specific condition. but I was shocked to see my bill coded as regular office visit. I will never visit this doctor again.
First time patient. Appreciated her engagement, communication and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!
