Dr. Gupta put a crown on one of my teeth, and while it's functional it looks terrible. One part is ground down to the metal underlay and the rest of it is just a shapeless white blob that doesn't look like a tooth at all.
I am not sure if she can.
Absolutely wonderful. She is so professional and explained everything very well. My pain went away within a few days after she prescribed me some antibiotics for my infection.
Dr. Gupta is very professional and described my condition in great detail. While the visit was rather short, I felt that I got all the information I needed. She also followed up afterwards with me to check up which I found very helpful. Thank you, Doctor!
Excellent service. I was satisfied with the ease of making the appointment, short wait time, and Dr. Gupta was very friendly but professional. While the visit was not long, my questions (and pain) were resolved, so I am thankful for that.
Absolutely the worst dentist ever---upsells mouth guards and procedures are bad enough, but with my husband's crown for a broken tooth, it was malpractice. Wrong color, crooked placement and pain. Also wants to fill minor cavities in my children's baby teeth that will be lost within a year. She accepts university dental insurance but still you end up paying excessively out of pocket. Have switched to other local dentist who bills me--I submit for insurance reimbursement and it is less expensive than going to Dr. Gupta's offi... read more
Highly Suspect, Poor Service! – I don't trust Dr. Gupta and I will never go back! I had just moved here from California when I found that Cayuga Family Dental was one of only 2 dentists in the area that would accept my insurance. I called for a basic check up and asked "how soon they could fit me in"...apparently the receptionist interpreted this as an "Emergency Appointment" since that's what I found had been scheduled when I arrived. bad news – I don't usually write reviews, nor take the time to write bad reviews, but this office is worth warning people about. I have been treated very poorly there. I got very bad vibes the first interactions I had with them a few years ago, but recently my bad feelings were confirmed. The dr is extremely uninterested in personal connection, and talks about you to the staff behind your back. The receptionist is supremely disrespectful and unkind. Keep your Opinions to Yourself with this Dentist! – OKay so my 13 yr old daughter had to have a lot of fillings and on her third visit asked if this appt would take as long as the other. Apparantly that was the wrong thing to do because they kicked her out! The dentist wouldn't even talk to my husband just her employees who told him our daughter had an attitude problem.
