Highly Suspect, Poor Service! – I don't trust Dr. Gupta and I will never go back! I had just moved here from California when I found that Cayuga Family Dental was one of only 2 dentists in the area that would accept my insurance. I called for a basic check up and asked "how soon they could fit me in"...apparently the receptionist interpreted this as an "Emergency Appointment" since that's what I found had been scheduled when I arrived. bad news – I don't usually write reviews, nor take the time to write bad reviews, but this office is worth warning people about. I have been treated very poorly there. I got very bad vibes the first interactions I had with them a few years ago, but recently my bad feelings were confirmed. The dr is extremely uninterested in personal connection, and talks about you to the staff behind your back. The receptionist is supremely disrespectful and unkind. Keep your Opinions to Yourself with this Dentist! – OKay so my 13 yr old daughter had to have a lot of fillings and on her third visit asked if this appt would take as long as the other. Apparantly that was the wrong thing to do because they kicked her out! The dentist wouldn't even talk to my husband just her employees who told him our daughter had an attitude problem. She deserves a 0 out of 5 – DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! After arriving my appointment to get fillings done I explained to them that I only wanted half of my fillings done at the time due to cost and because I had gotten a second opinion with my doctor back home in Canada. I was then informed that Dr. Gupta didn't feel comfortable seeing me because she felt that i was questioning her expertise!
