I ordered a $300 rose quartz pyramid that appeared to be in immaculate condition when ordered. It arrived very poorly packaged and one corner was smashed in shipping. A very fragile crystal was packed loosely with tissue paper, crumpled brown wrapping paper and a couple handfuls of Styrofoam peanuts. Would not purchase from this company again. After the fact you learn that you were supposed to purchase insurance beforehand if you wanted it, and there is no information on how to contact the store. Not mention that they don't ... read more
