I have been working with Evelyn for a few months now and I can honestly say the changes that I have seen in myself are like night and day. Before I was drowning but now I am growing. I am happy that she is here to help me on this journey.
I had never done yoga before, tried my first class with Evelyn and enjoyed every second. I will continue in this journey. Evelyn had the patience to guide me through each pose and it was a breath of fresh air. I have also had Energy work with Evelyn and it was beautiful, dealing with grief is hard but it really did help my soul.
Evelyn is an excellent teacher for the mind, body and soul. She not only has intense and vigorating classes, but also explains and informs you of all the benefits that yoga can bring to your life.
