Nancy Samm did a excellent job. She talk me through anything she saw that is an issue with my locs, she repaired and gave me tips for taking better care of them. The wash was well needed! She is very professional.

UPDATE, I spoke with the owner and she helped my son receive a refund for this service. I really appreciated her responsiveness. Can I give negative stars?! My son, who is 18 and has shoulder length locs, just had the most horrible exprerience with Brie. She was supposed to add loc extensions to the sides and back using his existing locs so that he would end up with a full head of locs instead of just the top portion. It was a complete disaster! Nancy Samm was very professional and responsive to any questions I had about my style. She washed and blow dried my hair with care the neatly parted and twists my roots lol my hair looks so good! Thank you! she added hair for length and did not add a extra charge. My scalp is not tight and painful I'm thankful for this because I'm really tender headed I would recommend for all ages.
