Very unprofessional, uncompassionate, and very harmful for people with complex trauma. Go to a regular trauma therapist instead.
I’ve been a patient with Love Your Mind since last year, and it’s been the best experience I’ve ever had in counseling. The therapists there under the supervision of Liset Grant have been a blessing, as well as Ms. Grant herself being such a beacon. Today we had a very powerful session, and I’m thankful for their practice and the word of GOD.
Liset is an amazing therapist I legit feel like I'm doing a session with one of my girlfriends. The sessions let's me clear my mind and has me feeling much better about some of the choices I made and will make. She definitely works with you schedule wise. I definitely recommend her to other's.
